The Week April 6-12

We should have known it would be Jose Maria Olazabal. A nastier
National was right up Ollie's alley. There were fewer scores in
the 60s last week than in all but one of the last 10
Masters--1994's. That year Olazabal matched the record for
fewest birdies by a champion: 11. He was almost as economical
this year: Thirteen birdies plus one eagle--with seven bogeys
and no doubles or others--added up to a second green jacket.
