ON APRIL 14 the Titans traded the top pick in this week's draft to the Rams. Six days later the Browns dealt the No. 2 choice to the Eagles, marking only the second time in NFL history that teams with the top two selections knowingly traded them away before the draft. The other time it happened was in 1997, when the first three picks were peddled. Here's how those trades panned out.
