Victor, a 5'8" junior wide receiver at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa., had six catches for 199 yards, including a 91-yard touchdown, in a 27--20 win over Wooster. He also set the school record for receiving yards, with 2,035.

RADE JOKSIMOVIC

• Novi Sad, Serbia

Joksimovic, a junior attacker at Bucknell, scored 17 times, with 19 assists, to help the team go 4--0 at the Bison Invitational. In a 22--11 victory over Salem he had six goals and eight assists; the fifth goal was the 300th of his career.

ELLIE KARREN

• Flagstaff, Ariz.

Ellie, a sophomore at Northland Prep, scored four times in a 9--0 win over Blue Ridge. Through 14 games she has 26 goals and 11 assists, after scoring 32 times last season to lead the Spartans to the 2A state title.

ALEXANDRA ECKER

• Helotes, Texas

Ecker, a 5'10" senior middle blocker at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, had two blocks in a 3--0 sweep of Texas A&M--Corpus Christi to set the school record, with 343. She also holds the UTRGV mark for career block assists (322).

JENNY HITCHINGS

• Distance Running

• Sacramento

Hitchings, a 55-year-old running coach, set a USATF age-group record (55--59) in the Susan B. Anthony 5K Road Race in Sacramento, with a time of 18:05. She also broke the 10-mile mark at the Buffalo Stampede (1:01:20).

STEPHI RYDGREN

• Field Hockey

• Wilmington, Del.

Rydgren, a senior forward at Muhlenberg in Allentown, Pa., scored the lone goal in a 1--0 upset of No. 5 Franklin & Marshall. Through seven games she has four points, after leading the Mules in goals (seven) and points (17) last year.
