One of the chief reasons the Timers have not been a bigger disappointment than they are this season is Pitcher Jim Bunning. Not expected to do much with Hoeft, Lary and Fovtack around, Jim was the All-Star Game's winning pitcher. Last week he threw a brilliant two-hitter against the Yankees for his 12th win of the year.
