Mike Killian, 18, of St. Petersburg, Fla., has a 69.7 per-round average in four golf tournaments this year, including a final-round eight-under-par 63—one of the lowest scores ever by a junior in competitive play—that was shot as he won the U.C. Barrett Trophy.

Mrs. Sharon Lee Davidson of Murray State University in Murray, Ky. was the leading female pistol sharpshooter in both the conventional and the international divisions, thus becoming the National Intercollegiate Women's individual champion.

Tom Blair, a pole-vaulter from Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pa., cleared 14' in 11 track-and-field meets this spring, reaching his peak when he broke the national AAU junior record by going over the bar at 14'8¾" at a meet in West Chester, Pa.

Emilie Burrer of Trinity University in Texas became the Women's National Collegiate lawn-tennis singles titlist by defeating Peggy Michels of Arizona State 3-6, 7-5, 7-5 and also combined with teammate Becky Vest to finish first in the doubles.

Van Brownson of Shenandoah (Iowa) High School won letters in five sports during his senior year, excelling in track, baseball and golf this spring after earlier having become the 10th athlete in state history to be All-Iowa in both football and basketball.

Tim Juran, a senior and left-handed pitcher on the Highland (Ind.) High School baseball team, pitched three no-hit, no-run games against Calumet Conference opponents within a span of 17 days, walking just two batters and striking out a total of 40.
