Kemper, 71, a physicist, cycled 919 miles in 10 days and conquered 10 mountain passes, including 12,095-foot Independence Pass near Aspen, Colo., to become the oldest participant to finish the Colorado Heart Cycle Association tour.

Judy, a junior guard at Brebeuf High, sank 23 of 25 free throws in a shoot-off to win the National AAU Junior Olympic foul shooting competition. A preseason all-state pick this fall, she led Brebeuf to a 25-3 record in 1981-82.

Dave, a senior wide receiver, Steve, a junior quarterback, and Tom, a freshman safety, sons of the president of Concordia College in Milwaukee, all set Concordia single-game records in the Falcons' 31-0 shutout of Eureka College. Dave, the top-rated receiver in NAIA Division II this season with 77 receptions for 900 yards and nine TDs, caught 15 passes for a record.

197 yards. Steve, Division II's 14th-ranked passer in '82, completed 29 of 48 for 406 yards and three TDs. For the year he hit on 158 of 252 throws for 1,883 yards and 16 scores. Tom, whose three interceptions against Eureka set a record, finished tied for seventh in Division II with seven interceptions in eight games, as Concordia closed with a 7-2 mark.
