Knoke, an 85-year-old retired railroad worker, had two holes in one in the same round on the par-59 Executive Course at Kings Point golf club. Knoke aced the 170-yard 11th hole with a three-wood and the 145-yard 14th with a five-iron.

Ray, 17, edged Tim Segelke of Brush, Colo. 400-390 to win all-around cowboy honors at the National High School Rodeo finals in Rapid City, S. Dak. He came in first in calf roping and seventh in steer wrestling at the seven-day event.

Stephanie, an 8-year-old pitcher, led the 7- and 8-year-old coach-pitch division of the MWC girls' softball league in batting (.922), total bases (106) and putouts (51). She also made an unassisted triple play and six unassisted double plays.

Greg, 12, an eighth-grader at Gaudet Middle School, pitched four straight no-hitters for the Newport Tool & Die Little League team. The lefty was 9-0 overall, yielding two runs and six hits while striking out 143 and walking 52 in 55 innings.

NEW ALBANY, IND.
Kessinger, 22, won three gold, one silver and two bronze medals at the World Banked Track Roller Speed Skating Championships in Colorado Springs, Colo. Earlier this year she won the national outdoor and indoor banked track titles.

RICHARD BEATTIE
WARWICK, N.Y.
Richard, 16, the first person to hold three age-group decathlon records at the same time, set a mark for 16-year-olds of 6,441 points at the TAC Junior Nationals in Elmhurst, Ill. His other records are 5,880 points for 15s and 4,705 for 14s.
