Robin, a freshman at Columbus North High, accumulated 37.55 points in the all-around competition in the state high school gymnastics championships in Indianapolis to set a new state record. She won three of the four individual events.

Pat, an Aurora Central High senior, set a national indoor high school pole vault record at a TAC meet in Flagstaff, Ariz. when he cleared 17'6½", bettering by half an inch the previous record set last year by Brandon Richards.

MONROEVILLE, PA.
Michelle, a Gateway High senior, led her team to a second straight state high school swimming title by winning the 50-and 100-yard freestyle for the fourth year. Michelle is the first Pennsylvania swimmer to win eight individual gold medals.

Ladd, 38, coached the girls' team of The American School in London to the championship of the 12-team International Schools Basketball Tournament for the third consecutive year, in Brussels. The Eagles went 28-0 this season.

Hilary, 16, clinched the U.S. junior downhill title with a win in Copper Mountain, Colo., then defeated Astrid Geisler of Austria in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Austria to become the first American skier to win a world junior Alpine gold medal.
BOB MILINAZZO
LOWELL, MASS.
Bob, a junior at the Greater Lowell Regional Vocational School, won his third consecutive Massachusetts Division I state title. Competing at 112 pounds, he was named the outstanding wrestler in the state tournament.
