Keim, 33, a clerk with a 220 bowling average, rolled back-to-back 300 games in the Cosmos League at Strike N Spare West. Keim, who had never bowled a perfect game before, reeled off 25 consecutive strikes in his 839 series.

MARY POWELL
LAWRENCE, KANS.
Mary, a senior at Lawrence High, set course records in each of the eight cross-country races she entered this fall. Her most impressive performance was in the 3.1-mile Jayhawk Invitational in Lawrence, which she won in 17:56.

BRENTWOOD, TENN.
Chris, a six-year-old shortstop, led the Crieve Hall all-star team to wins in two tournaments, batting .935 with 29 hits, 25 runs and two homers in eight games. He was also named the best defensive player at both tournaments.

DAVE FLYNN
DEDHAM, MASS.
Dave, a junior at Dedham High, led the Marauders to their first football victory over Walpole High in 20 years when he scored every point in the 20-14 upset. He ran for two TDs and kicked two field goals and two extra points.

RACHEL SAUNDERS
PINEVILLE, W.VA.
Rachel, a senior point guard at Pineville High, scored 67 points in a 79-50 win over Big Creek High to tie the state single-game girls' basketball scoring record set by Mary Delawder of Paw Paw in 1983. She made 28 of 43 shots.

ROB BRADLEY
MILFORD. N.J.
Rob, 13, beat Tom McCormack, 43, by five strokes to become the youngest golfer to win the Oak Hill club championship. His 11-over-par 299 broke the 11-year-old record for the event and gave him four titles in two weeks.
