Dominic, a senior place-kicker at Menaul High, set a national high school record with nine field goals in a 48-6 win over Newcomb High, breaking by two the mark set by Kevin Knope of Greece (N.Y.) Olympia High in 1989. Dominic has scored 50 points this year.

ANGELA WILLIAMS
POMONA, CALIF.
Angela, 10, set national 10-and-under age-group records in the 100-and 200-meter dashes at the National Junior Olympics. Her time in the 100(12.85 seconds) was .24 faster than the old mark, and her 200 time surpassed the previous standard by .18.

NORRISTOWN, PA.
Jeff, 17, a goaltender for the Annapolis (Md.) Water Polo Club, had 14 saves to lead his team to an 8-5 win over the Trojan Club of Los Angeles in the 17-and-under national championship game. He was also named to the All-America team.

BIG SANDY, MONT.
Tera, a 5'9" senior forward for Big Sandy High, had 50 points, 22 rebounds, 10 steals and eight assists in the Pioneers' 96-51 win over Hays Lodgepole High. She was averaging 21 points, 16 rebounds and six steals through 13 games.

KINO GCORGE COUNTY, VA.
Tim, 14, scored 2,204 points (of a possible 2,400) to defeat Christopher Edgar of Agoura Hills, Calif., by 84 points and win the 14-and-under age-group individual high-power title at the National Highpower Rifle championships.

AMY ALBERS
WASHINGTON, Mo.
Amy, a senior middle blocker for the St. Francis Borgia Regional High volleyball team, has averaged seven kills and nine blocks, and has been serving at 95.9%, during the Knights' 72-match winning streak, which has spanned three seasons.
