GAYLORD, MICH.
Dwain, a senior tailback and free safety at St. Mary's High, ran for 529 yards on 35 carries and scored four TDs in his final high school game, a 46-28 win over Pellston. He set what is believed to be a state career rushing record of 5,066 yards.

LYNN ANN MORETTO
ENGLEWOOD, COLO.
Lynn Ann, 10, has won two 10-and-under Colorado Junior Golf Association tournaments and two state junior tennis titles, the 10-and-under Last Chance Junior Open and the 12-and-under Colorado State games. She won all four events this year.

ROLLIE LYONS
SPRINGFIELD, ILL.
Lyons, 81, a retired civil engineer, won his fourth gold medal in six years at the Illinois Senior Olympics trapshooting competition, in the 80-84 age group, by hitting 48 out of 50 targets. In 1984 and 1985 he came away with the silver medal.

SHELLY PARSONS
WELLS TANNERY, PA.
Shelly, a senior at Forbes Road High, has scored 50 goals and had 12 assists in 20 field hockey games this season. Her average of 2.5 goals a game makes her first in that category in the nation. Her highest total this year was seven goals against James Buchanan.

KYLE RUSTHOVEN
SARASOTA, FLA.
Kyle, now 11, set a national boys' 10-and-under age-group record of 30.47 seconds for the 50-yard backstroke and won all 12 events in which he competed at the Short Course Junior Olympics and the Long Course Junior Olympics.

SUSAN WOODS
EMERSON, N.J.
Susan, 17, who has won 12 medals, 10 of them gold, in U.S. Karate Federation tournaments this year, won a gold in form, a gold in fighting and a silver in weapons at the Karate Nationals. She won three golds and one silver at the U.S. Junior Olympics.
