Damion Morrow

OMAHA
Damion and Ahman, senior running backs at Omaha Central High, finished their careers as the third-and fourth-most-prolific rushers, respectively, in state Class A history. They have each rushed for 1,000 yards three times in their careers. Damion rushed for 1,279 yards and 13 touchdowns this season. During his career he ran for 3,889 yards and 44 TDs. Ahman, rated the nation's top high school back by SuperPrep magazine, rushed for 1,591 yards and 14 TDs this season and 3,810 yards and 40 TDs in his career (including the 1,017 yards he gained as a sophomore at Omaha North High before transferring to Central).
Sharon Polastry
WEST SPRINGFIELD, MASS.
Polastry, a freshman soccer forward at Quinnipiac College, scored two goals in a 3-0 win over Merrimack College to lead the Lady Braves to their first Northeast-10 title. She finished second in NCAA Division II in goals (26) and points (63). She was also named conference Player of the Year.
Nancy Bromley
GREENE, N.Y.
Bromley, 56, the field hockey coach at Greene High, has led the Lady Trojans to a 19-1 mark in 1994. In the last two years the 1993 state champs have amassed a 41-1 record and have scored 183 goals while allowing just seven. In 23 years at Greene High, Bromley has a mark of 285-46-19.
Ian Jordan
CHOMEDEY, QUE.
Jordan, 32, the coach of the LaSalle Cardinals under-21 baseball team, guided the Cards to a 6-5 win over South Shore in the seventh game of the Montreal Junior Elite League championship series. It was LaSalle's third title in four years. Jordan has a 133-57 record in his four seasons as coach.
Becky Tenkman
VILLA HILLS, KY.
Becky, a senior middle hitter for the Notre Dame Academy volleyball team, had 18 kills in a 12-15, 15-8, 15-13 win over Louisville Mercy that clinched the state championship for the Pandas. A three-year starter and two-time all-state selection, she was also named Northern Kentucky's Player of the Year.
