FORECAST: A cold front will blow through (high of 88 degrees),
and there's a 40% chance of rain.

HOT TICKET: Women's team gymnastics finals (GA5699). It's a
three-way race for the gold. The U.S., a close second behind
Russia after Sunday's compulsory half of the competition, is
seeking its first gold in the event. World champion Romania
looms in third.

WHAT, NO KEY? Kim Rhode--at 16 the youngest member of the U.S.
shooting team and a medal hopeful in today's women's double

SPOTLIGHT ON ...

AMANDA BEARD
Having already won a silver medal in the 100-meter breaststroke
on Sunday, the 14-year-old Californian will again try to become
the youngest U.S. swimmer ever to win an individual gold. Beard
is the favorite in tonight's 200 breaststroke, but she will have
to beat 100-meter gold medalist Penelope Heyns.
