SPOTLIGHT ON...

LANCE ARMSTRONG

The U.S.'s top cyclist pedals for gold in the 137.7-mile road
race, which winds through the streets of Buckhead. Armstrong,
24, who dropped out of this month's Tour de France with
bronchitis, will also compete in Saturday's individual time
trial, a four-lap race run over the same 8.1-mile course.
