of his passes for 639 yards and four touchdowns for the 3-0
Bulldogs.

Justin Fargas, RB, Michigan
The 6'1", 185-pound Fargas doesn't have jaw-dropping numbers (62

versatile back; he sees time in the backfield, returns kickoffs
and serves on punt and kick coverage teams.

Rausell Harvey, RB, Illinois
With 366 yards and four touchdowns in three games, the 5'9",
170-pound Harvey has been a more-than-adequate replacement for
the departed Robert Holcombe, the Illini's alltime leading rusher.

Todd Heap, TE, Arizona State
Sun Devils coach Bruce Snyder calls the 6'5", 220-pound Heap a
"retriever" because of his sure hands and says he may already be
the best tight end in Sun Devils history. Heap's only reception
went for a touchdown.

Kahlil Hill, WR-KR, Iowa
Hill has become just as dangerous as former Hawkeyes All-America
Tim Dwight. He is tied for the team lead in scoring, leads Iowa
in receiving yards and has returned two punts and a kickoff for
touchdowns.

David Johnson, SS, Kentucky
The 6-foot, 185-pound Johnson is tied for the Wildcats' lead in
tackles, with 26, and has returned a fumble for a touchdown.

Justin Smith, DE, Missouri
One of the Tigers' best defensive players, the 6'5", 255-pound
Smith has 17 tackles.

Anthony Weaver, DE, Notre Dame
Forced into a starting role because of injuries, the 6'3",
