Cross-Country Kristin, a junior at Athens Academy, won the state Class A girls' championship for the second consecutive year, running the 5-km course in 19:38, the fastest time for any of the state's four classes. She was also the Georgia high school 3,200-meter champion (11:40.38) in track last spring.
