He beat Zach Roberson of Overland Park, Kans., who had been unbeaten in his high school career, 6-5 and will wrestle at Ohio State.

She holds the Division III records in both events, with times of 1:03.60 and 2:19.19, and has won divisional All-America honors in 19 events.

THOMAS KILLIPS Ngalula Nana Lukengu, Kinshasa, Zaire Basketball Lukengu, a freshman forward at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, N.Y., was named player and rookie of the year in the New York Collegiate Athletic Conference. She averaged 17.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 3.4 steals and 1.2 blocks this season for the 29-2 Golden Knights.

He also won the U.S. title, setting a national scoring record and tying a world record (598 of 600 points) for one round.

He set state high school records for squat and total weight and was named outstanding lifter at the meet.
