The Week In Television

MAY 30-JUNE 5

FRIDAY 5/30 > HBO 11:30 PM > On the Record with Bob Costas

Hello, Larry! Costas chats it up with former Celtics great Larry
Bird and Curb Your Enthusiasm's Larry David.

SATURDAY 5/31 > ABC 8 PM > Stanley Cup Finals: Devils at Mighty
Ducks, Game 3

Gettin' Jiggy with it. Behind goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere,
Anaheim beat Detroit and Dallas, becoming the first team to
defeat the top two conference seeds in the postseason since
1995-96. Then Giguere held Minnesota to one goal in the
conference finals, the fewest ever in a best-of-seven series. But
can the Ducks stop the Devils, who are making their third finals
appearance in four years?

SUNDAY 6/1 > ESPN 1 PM > PWBA U.S. Open

Sure, we'll tap a kegler. Look for 15-year tour veteran Kim
Terrell, who won the 2001 U.S. Open, to bring home the richest
prize on the tour ($30,000).

SUNDAY 6/1 > CBS 2 PM > PGA Memorial Tournament, Final Round

No Annika, but Tiger Woods and (a well-rested) Vijay Singh are
expected to play at Ohio's Muirfield Village Golf Club.

THURSDAY 6/5 > ESPN 8 AM > French Open Women's Semifinals

Tennis fans can enjoy a petit dejeuner while watching Serena
Williams, going for her fifth straight Grand Slam title, eat yet
another opponent's lunch in the semis.

DON'T MISS

WEDNESDAY 6/4 > ABC 8:30 PM
NBA Finals, Game 1

We don't know if the Nets will play the Mavericks or the Spurs,
but we do know this: Jason Kidd (right) will fill out a stat
line. Kidd averaged 17.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 8.5 assists
against Dallas, and 14.5, 8.0 and 10.5 against the Spurs.
