Coming Up

Expect a crushing performance from Conrad (the Caveman) Stoltz at
the Oct. 26 Xterra World Championships (1.5-km rough-water swim,
30-km off-road bike and 11-km trail run). Since 2000 the
two-time world champ from South Africa has taken first in nine of
11 Xterra races. The 6'3" Stoltz was victorious at last month's
Xterra USA Championship in Lake Tahoe, Calif.
