3 Softball Hall of Fame
The Oklahoma City attraction includes a 5,000-seat stadium that
hosts the NCAA Women's College World Series.

4 SBC Bricktown Ballpark
The Brick, as it's known, is the Camden Yards-style home of the
Triple A Oklahoma RedHawks, in Oklahoma City.

5 Bill Self
The Kansas basketball coach is from Edmond and played guard for
Oklahoma State.

The Oklahoma City native and alumnus of Oklahoma State has won
eight PGA events.

7 Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum
No state would be a more apt home for the Hall than mat-mad
Oklahoma. The museum, which opened in 1976 and is on the Oklahoma
State campus, in Stillwater, includes a section on amateur
wrestlers who have gone on to fame in other fields, such as
Donald Rumsfeld, John Irving and Kirk Douglas.

8 Tulsa
The home of two Division I universities (Oral Roberts and Tulsa)
is the SI Sportstown for having the state's best community sports
programs.

9 Iciss Tillis
Duke's All-America forward, from Tulsa, is the daughter of boxer
James (Quick) Tillis.

10 Billy Tubbs
The current Lamar and former Oklahoma basketball coach grew up in
Tulsa.

11 Jimmy Houston
The renowned angler and ESPN fishing-show host is from Cookson.

12 J.C. Watts
The Eufaula native and former Sooners quarterback served in
Congress from 1994 to '02.

13 Troy Aikman
The Fox analyst, who quarterbacked the Cowboys to three Super
Bowl wins, is from Henryetta.

14 James Thrash
The Eagles' wideout played his high school ball at Wewoka High.

15 Gil Morgan
The winner of seven PGA and 22 senior events is from Wewoka and
went to East Central University in Ada.

16 Crystal Robinson
The New York Liberty forward from Atoka scored 65 points in a
game while at Southeast Oklahoma State.

17 Jeremy Shockey
The controversial Giants tight end from Ada was an All-Pro last
season.

18 Okie Noodling Tournament
Pauls Valley is the site of the annual competition in which
fishermen use only their hands to pull their catch from the
water.

19 Sherri Coale
OU's women's hoops coach is a Healdton native and Oklahoma
Christian grad.

20 Stephen Alexander
The Chargers' tight end and OU alum from Chickasha was All-Pro in
2000.

21 Will Shields
The Chiefs' eight-time Pro Bowl guard went to school in Lawton.

22 Jason Gildon
The linebacker from Altus is the career sacks leader for Oklahoma
State (39 1/2) and the Steelers (77).
