The Questions with Shaun Alexander

Seahawks Running Back

What Was Your Welcome- To-the-NFL Moment?

"I walked in the room, and Ricky Watters was standing there talking to Cortez Kennedy. I thought, Dang, I played video games with these guys in them."

Most Embarrassing Moment?

"In a scrimmage I caught a screen pass, and Maurice Kelly hit me so hard I had a dent in my helmet. The embarrassing part was when one of our managers was walking with me afterward. I said, 'Man, does it look like I'm walking funny?' He said, 'I don't know, because I'm carrying you.'"

Favorite Off-day Activity?

"Something business-related. Talking with someone who could buy something that could turn into a million dollars."

If I Weren't in the NFL,

I Would....

"Be a businessman. Like Donald Trump, but better-looking."

Last Week

After gaining 135 yards vs. Saints, Alexander bruised his right knee late in the game.

This Week

He expects to play when Seattle meets Bucs for first time in his five-year career. He'll also celebrate first birthday of daughter Heaven on Sept. 21. Last year he helped deliver her before kickoff, then reached stadium in second quarter and gained 58 yards against Rams.
