Sarah Huffman
FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS > Soccer

Huffman, a junior midfielder at Virginia, helped lead the Cavaliers to a 17-3-2 season, including a school-record 14 shutouts, and their first Atlantic Coast Conference Championship. She was named ACC Tournament Co-MVP and conference defensive player of the year.

Pam Staton
FOX LAKE, ILL. > Football/Cross-country

Pam, a senior at Grant Community High, set school single-game and -season records for point-after attempts, going 7 for 8 and 32 for 36, respectively, as the kicker for the Bulldogs. She also won the North Suburban Conference cross-country individual championship.

Elfren Quiles
NEW BRITAIN, CONN. > Football

Quiles, a wide receiver at Merrimack College, caught 88 passes for 1,406 yards for the Warriors, an NCAA Division II freshman record. He led Division II with an average of 140.6 receiving yards and was Northeast-10 freshman of the year and First Team All-Conference.

Katie Potts
MILWAUKEE > Tennis

Katie, a senior at Divine Savior Holy Angels High, won her second straight Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Division I championship. She led the Dashers to the team title and finished high school with a 24-match win streak and a 126-5 record.

Jeff See
MIDDLETOWN, OHIO > Cross-country

Jeff, a senior at Middletown High, ran 5,000 meters in 15:25 to lead the Middies to their first Ohio High School Athletic Association Division I Championship and win his second individual title. As a sophomore he set a national high school record in the mile (4:06.07).

Connor Dantzler
DAMASCUS, MD. > Powerlifting

Connor, a fifth-grader at Woodfield Elementary, won six gold medals (kids' division at 105 pounds and men's open division at 114) in the squat, bench press and deadlift at the AAU world championships. He also won his fourth state championship and holds 12 world, American and state records.
