The Questions with Fred Miller
What was your welcome-to-the-NFL moment?
It was really going into my fourth season, when I became a vested player and got all the benefits. That was my main concern--making it there so I could get my 401(k) and the whole nine yards, and I could say, "O.K., I made it now, now I can enjoy it."
What was your most embarrassing moment?
In high school [in Aldine, Texas], riding my bike to the pep rally. My pant leg got caught in the chain, and I fell, face-first, in front of a crowd of people.
What's your favorite off-day activity?
Hunting. I love to deer hunt. Anywhere in the woods, when you can just get away and be by yourself.
If I weren't in the NFL, I'd be ...
Selling real estate.
Last Week
Ugh. The Titans' offensive line allowed three sacks in a 40-35 loss to the Raiders.
This Week
Yay! The Titans host the Broncos on Christmas Day, three days before Miller and his wife, Kim, celebrate their eighth anniversary.
