Victor, 37, a documentary filmmaker and 2006 Paralympic slalom gold medalist, won the slalom and took second in two Super G races to win her second NorAm overall title of the season at the Winter Park (Colo.) Open. The current World Cup leader won the Huntsman Cup championship in Park City in January.

HILLSIDE, N.J. > Basketball
John, a sophomore swingman at New Jersey City University, scored 29 points in a 71--60 win over William Paterson to extend NJCU's streak to 32 winning seasons. The victory also earned the Gothic Knights a spot in the New Jersey Athletic Conference tournament. He has scored 20 or more points 10 times this season.

SHAWNEE MISSION, KANS. > Football
Blake, a senior at Shawnee Mission West High who will attend Nebraska, was named Gatorade's Kansas high school player of the year. At quarterback he completed 68 passes for 1,329 yards and 15 TDs; at linebacker he had 60 tackles, two sacks and three interceptions.

Rachel Folcik
POWERS, MICH. > Basketball
Folcik, a junior forward-center at Ferris State, scored a career-high 37 points in a 90--70 win over Mercyhurst and was named Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference North Division women's basketball player of the week for the third time this season. She has scored in double figures in 18 of 24 games.

FOND DU LAC, WIS. > Track and Field
Dilling, a senior high jumper at Minnesota State, cleared 7'4 1/2" to break his Myers Field House facility record. He was named North Central Conference men's indoor field athlete of the week for the fourth straight time. The 2006 NCAA Division II indoor champion has the season's No. 1 jump at 7'6 1/2".

Amanda Nicholson
CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. > Swimming
Nicholson, a sophomore at Williams, was a member of the winning 200-yard medley relay team and placed first in the 100- and 200-yard backstroke and the 200-yard individual medley to lead the Division III Ephs to a win over Division I Boston College. She was national collegiate Division III swimmer of the week.
