Knopf, a division of Random House, last week won an auction for a memoir by Andre Agassi, reportedly paying something north of $5 million for the rights to the eight-time Grand Slam champion's story. "This is White House money," said HarperCollins executive editor David Hirshey, referring to the advance typically paid for presidential memoirs. No release date has been set for the book.... William Shatner, Jewel, Bill Cowher, John Elway, Gabrielle Reece (above) and Tony Hawk will compete, with a different racer being eliminated each week.... Safety Tebucky Jones, 32, is no longer a player teams can build a defense around—he was released by the Patriots in February—but he has given Hollywood something to work with. Ice Cube will star in Tough Love, a film based on Jones's decision to teach his three kids lessons about life by having them live for a summer in the inner-city. Production has not yet begun.
