Throwing Willie and Waylon's advice to the wind, some mamas do let their babies grow up to be cowboys (and cowgirls). The best competed at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyo., last week. Ranger College took the men's team title, while Nikki Steffes (below right) and her Wyoming teammates won the women's crown.
