Margaux Isaksen
FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. > Modern Pentathlon
Margaux, 15, a recent graduate of Ramay Junior High, holds all of the women's national titles in modern pentathlon, having won the youth, junior and senior championships in 2007. She led the senior division in shooting, fencing and swimming to take the overall title and qualify for the world championships.
Bryshon Nellum
LONG BEACH, CALIF. > Track and Field
Nellum, a graduate of Long Beach Polytechnic High, won a record six gold medals at the state meet, including four this year (in the 200, 400, 4 √ó 100 and 4 √ó 400). He ran the nation's best times in the 200 (20.43) and 400 (45.38), won the USA junior title in the 400 and was Gatorade track and field athlete of the year.

Caroline Cochran
ANNAPOLIS, MD. > Lacrosse
Caroline, a senior midfielder at St. Mary's High, was named to the all-tournament team at the elite Womenslacrosse.com National Draw event. She led the Saints with 54 goals and 18 assists; she also caused 26 turnovers and won 63 ground balls.

Nick Hill
BLUFF CITY, TENN. > Baseball
Hill, a recent graduate of West Point, is the first player to be named first-team All--Patriot League four times. The All-America southpaw holds 46 school and conference records, including league career marks for wins (33), strikeouts (336) and ERA (2.20). He was a seventh-round draft pick of Seattle.
Ben McCrillis
WESTBROOK, MAINE > Wrestling
McCrillis, 30, a fitness-studio owner, won the 214-pound Greco-Roman and freestyle gold medals in the veteran division of the national championships; he had a 7-0 record with four pins. The four-time NCAA East Regional medalist at American International will compete at the veteran world championships.
Britt Howell
CONCRETE, WASH. > Softball
Howell, a lefthanded pitcher and recent graduate of Concrete High, led the Lady Lions to the Class 2B title and was named player of the year. She set a state career strikeout record with 1,128, had an 0.39 career ERA and pitched 18 no-hitters, including four perfect games. She will attend East Carolina in the fall.
