Louis Bland
MODESTO, CALIF. > Football
Louis, a senior running back at Central Catholic High, has scored a Sac-Joaquin Section--record 100 career touchdowns. This season he has rushed for 1,378 yards and 28 TDs and caught six passes for 86 yards and two TDs. He is also a two-time state wrestling champion with a 150--7 record.

Jordan Miller
SANTA FE > Soccer
Jordan, a senior forward at St. Michael's High, set state records for single-season goals (60), career goals (173) and career assists (105) and led the Lady Horsemen to the Class A-AAA title. A varsity player since the eighth grade, she was twice named state player of the year and was first-team all-state five times.

Isaac Wendland
FLOYD, IOWA > Cross-country
Isaac, a senior at Charles City High, won his third consecutive Class 3A cross-country title. He also is a three-time state champion in the 1,600 meters, a two-time winner in the 800 and a former gold medalist in the freshman mile at the Nike outdoor national meet.

Ashley Razey
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA. > Softball
Ashley, a senior catcher and third baseman at Buford High, set five school records—for home runs (10), RBIs (47), average (.510), on-base percentage (.598) and slugging percentage (.961)—and led the Lady Wolves to their first Class AA title. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution named her state player of the year.

Mike Czerwien
PITTSBURGH > Football
Czerwien, a senior defensive end at Waynesburg, set an NCAA all-divisions record with 52 1/2 career sacks. He also led the NCAA this year with 34 1/2 tackles for losses and 22 sacks and was most valuable player of the Presidents' Athletic Conference. He was named first-team all-conference four times.

Lyssa and Leah Ritchhart
ORLANDO > Waterskiing
Sisters Lyssa, 13 (far left), and Leah, 16, won overall titles at the Kneeboard National Championships. Lyssa won a second junior girls' title and set a slalom record; Leah, the 2006 female kneeboard athlete of the year, won the girls' division for a second time.
