Week Ahead
THURSDAY 5/1
Penguins at Rangers, Game 4
New York winger Jaromir Jagr (right), who spent 11 seasons and won two Stanley Cups with Pittsburgh, wasn't looking forward to this second-round series. "It's not easy playing against your former team," he said. "I hate it." What he probably hates more is that the Pens recently picked up 6'7" blueliner Hal Gill, who's been dubbed the "anti-Jagr" for his defensive prowess. Jagr was held without a goal in the first two games, both won by the Pens.

SATURDAY 5/3
The Best Shot in Golf
Up in the sky: It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a beagle! This one-hour show, which leads into the third round of the Wachovia Championship, follows the crew of the MetLife blimp Snoopy One (left) as it covers a PGA event. There's plenty of breathtaking footage—but acrophobes might want to steer clear.
CBS 2 p.m.
The Dan Lowry 400
This Dan Lowry must be a big deal if he's got a NASCAR race named in his honor, right? Not so much. He's just a lucky guy from Ohio who won a Crown Royal contest. Among the more recognizable names you'll hear: Jeff Burton. The Sprint Cup points leader is looking for his first win at Richmond International Raceway in 10 years.
Fox 7 p.m.
Unstrung
The documentary, a hit at last year's Tribeca Film Festival, chronicles a year in the lives of seven teenage boys on the junior tennis circuit. Director Rob Klug's film, which also features Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi talking about their grueling youth careers, culminates at the 2005 USTA Nationals in Kalamazoo, Mich., where phenoms Donald Young Jr. and Sam Querrey—who are now both ranked in the top 75 on the ATP tour—met for the title.
ESPN Classic 8 p.m.
MONDAY 5/5
Red Sox at Tigers
Granted, it was only one game. But in the season debut of Curtis Granderson (right) last Wednesday, Detroit—which had been averaging 4.4 runs per game—exploded for 19 against Texas. Granderson, who broke his hand in spring training, scored three runs that night and is hitting .353 for the Tigers, who have won three of four.

SI PICK OF THE WEEK
SATURDAY 5/3
Kentucky Derby
Seersucker suits for the gents? Check. Big hats for the ladies? Check. Clearcut favorite for the bettors? That's what will be missing in the 134th Run for the Roses. War Pass pulled out last week with a fractured leg bone, which means that Big Brown (above) will likely go off as the chalk. The colt—and yes, he was named after UPS—has made only three starts. But he's won them all handily, including the Florida Derby on March 29, when he overcame a tough post position (12th) to romp to a five-length victory.
