Karlee Bispo
MODESTO, CALIF. > Swimming
Bispo, a freshman at Texas, won the 100-yard freestyle (49.86) and 200 free (1:46.68) in the Longhorns' victory at California; in the 200 she beat Sara Isakovic, the Olympic silver medalist in the 200-meter free. Bispo is the national high school record holder in the 200 free and won all 109 races she swam at Downey High.
Zach Harrison
FLINT, MICH. > Hockey
Harrison, a junior forward at Minnesota State, scored a natural hat trick (three consecutive goals), each goal coming while the Mavericks were shorthanded, in a 5--1 win over No. 13 North Dakota. He is only the second college player to accomplish that feat and has donated his stick to the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Jonathan Humphrie
SEATTLE > Football
Jonathan, a senior wide receiver at Seattle Prep in his first year of football, caught touchdowns of 59, 70 and 81 yards in a loss to Cedarcrest. He has also scored on a 94-yard kickoff and 68-yard punt return and threw a 38-yard TD pass. He is All--Metro League in baseball.

Amanda Prawat
OREGON, WIS. > Soccer
Prawat, a senior forward at Wisconsin--Stevens Point, scored five goals in a 12--0 win over UW-Superior to break the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference career scoring record. She now has 81 goals, including 25 in 17 games this season. She is a three-time first-team All-WIAC.

Chelanga, a sophomore at Liberty, broke four records when he won the 8K Pre-Nationals in 22:51.3—five seconds faster than former teammate Josh McDougal—at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute, Ind. He set course, meet, school and conference (Big South) marks.
Sarah Followilll
HOUSTON > Fencing
Sarah, a freshman at St. Thomas Episcopal High, earned an A08 rating—the highest a fencer can currently receive—after tying for third in the cadet (under-17) foil at the U.S. Fencing Association championship in Columbus, Ohio. She is ranked 20th nationally in the cadet women's foil.
