Things I Think I Think
1 I think the NFL won't find the Redskins guilty of the Titans' allegations that Washington tampered with Albert Haynesworth (below). I believe much of the investigation will center on the displays of affection between Washington owner, Dan Snyder, and Haynesworth's agent, Chad Speck, at the scouting combine. You'd be naive to think they weren't discussing Haynesworth. But the Titans were never going to pay Haynesworth what he got from Washington.
2 I think Roger Goodell could be commissioner for a long time and never have the kind of week he just had. The NFL solved a megaproblem with Comcast after five years at war by getting Comcast to move NFL Network from a sports tier to digital cable, meaning 10 million more fans will see the channel.
3 I think I can assure anyone speculating that Michael Vick could end up with his former coach Jim Mora in Seattle that they'll never be on the same team again. Mora wasn't crazy about Vick's off-season work ethic when they were together in Atlanta; it's illogical to think the coach would stake any bit of his future on Vick.
