Bear Attack
When Chicago opens at Green Bay on Sunday, the matchup will showcase not only QBs Jay Cutler and Aaron Rodgers but also two rejuvenated defenses. While the Pack has transitioned smoothly to the 3--4 under new coordinator Dom Capers, expect the Bears' D to be more aggressive than it's been. For the first time in his five seasons as coach, Lovie Smith—who made his name as a defensive assistant with the Bucs and the Rams—is calling the plays. "We haven't played the kind of defense I thought we should," Smith says, "and I wanted to get it right." Look for Brian Urlacher (below) to raid opposing backfields more than ever, starting on Sunday. Bears 26, Packers 24.
