Market Watch
• Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Steelers
Big Ben has never been a coveted fantasy player—he was seen as a winner but not a stat accumulator. That will change this year. With the Steelers' ground game looking weak and their receiving corps suddenly strong, Roethlisberger is now an every-week starter.
• Mike Bell, RB, Saints
The former Denver fullback had a career-high 143 yards (the most for a Saints back since 2003) as a fill-in for the injured Pierre Thomas in Week 1. Sure to be a popular waiver pickup, Bell is worth a start this week, even against the Eagles' formidable run defense.
• LeSean McCoy, RB, Eagles
With QB Kevin Kolb likely to start in place of Donovan McNabb (broken rib), the Eagles probably will emphasize the run and short passes—good news for owners of starter Brian Westbrook and rookie backup McCoy, who averaged 5.1 yards rushing in his debut.
• Pierre Garcon, WR, Colts
With starter Anthony Gonzalez expected to miss the next few weeks with a sprained knee, second-year man Garcon, who had three catches for 24 yards against the Jaguars in Week 1, is likely to be targeted by Peyton Manning even more against Miami.
• Jay Cutler, QB, Bears
Was that really the 2009 Pro Bowl quarterback going 17 for 36 with a career-high four interceptions against the Packers? Things don't get any easier in Week 2 with James Harrison and the opportunistic Steelers defense blowing into Soldier Field.
• Steve Slaton, RB, Texans
Houston's offense stumbled at home against a Jets D missing two of its starting front seven; Slaton could muster only 17 yards on nine carries. Bouncing back on the road against the run-stifling Titans will be tough. If you have an alternative, use it.
