Allie Weir
RICHMOND > Field Hockey
Weir, a senior attack at Lynchburg, became the NCAA Division III alltime leading goal scorer with 121 after scoring four times in a 12--0 win over Sweet Briar College. She is also the Old Dominion Athletic Conference alltime points leader with 281 through Sunday, which was 16 points short of the Division III career record.
Dominic Scott
ALPINE, TEXAS > Football
Dominic, a senior quarterback at Alpine High, threw for 445 yards and six touchdowns and rushed for 100 yards and two TDs in a 56--14 win over Fabens. The following week he passed for 478 yards and six touchdowns and rushed for 44 yards in a 52--28 win over Clint, earning Class 2A player of the week honors. He led the Fightin' Bucks to a 6--0 start.

Rachel Williams
SAN JOSE > Volleyball
Rachel, a senior outside hitter at Archbishop Mitty High, had 13 kills in a 2--1 win over Newport Harbor in the championship match of the Durango Classic. For the tournament she averaged 12.3 kills per match, helped her team go 7--0 and was the MVP. In 2008 the Monarchs won the state Division II title and Rachel was the tournament MVP.

Jacob LaDouceur
GRAND FORKS, N.D. > Tennis
Jacob, a senior at Red River High, won his fourth state doubles title and helped the Roughriders to their 12th consecutive North Dakota team title. In six years of varsity tennis, Jacob had a 96--1 doubles record and a 49--9 mark in singles. As a junior wing on the state champion Red River ice hockey team, Jacob led the state in points (59).
Devin Petta
WHITMAN, MASS. > Soccer
Petta, a freshman forward at Northeastern, scored a hat trick within a span of four minutes and four seconds in the second half to lift the Huskies to a 4--1 win over Drexel. At week's end she led Northeastern (8-3-2) with 10 goals and 26 points. At Whitman-Hanson High last season she was the Massachusetts Division I player of the year.
Tyler Daniels
WESTMINSTER, COLO. > Football
Daniels, a sophomore quarterback at Western State, threw the winning touchdown with 12 seconds left in a 31--27 win over Fort Lewis, his sixth straight start without an interception. He passed for 202 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for 119 yards. The week before, he accounted for 481 of the offense's 560 yards in a 38--19 win over Western New Mexico.
