Market Watch
Fred Davis, TE, Redskins
When fantasy fave Chris Cooley broke his foot against the Eagles on Oct. 26, second-year man Davis stepped in to catch eight passes for 78 yards and a score. He'll be a staple of Washington's attack, at least until Cooley returns in a month.
James Jones, WR, Packers
If you're looking to pick up a spot starter this week, see if Green Bay's third wideout is available. The Packers travel to Tampa to face a Buccaneers defense that has already allowed seven receivers to make touchdown plays of 40 or more yards.
Hakeem Nicks, WR, Giants
The rookie scored in every October game, mostly as New York's deep threat in three- or four-receiver sets. With Mario Manningham cooling off and also dinged up (the wideout sat on Sunday with a sore shoulder), Nicks's opportunities will increase.
Vincent Jackson, WR, Chargers
Still flying a bit under the radar, he has been among this year's most consistent fantasy receivers, and he has caught touchdown passes in three consecutive games. He's a sure start on Sunday against the Giants' vulnerable secondary.
Kurt Warner, QB, Cardinals
What happened to the electric passer who led Arizona to the Super Bowl last season? Warner has devolved into a dink-and-dunk guy, and he has thrown as many interceptions (11) as touchdowns this year. He should no longer be considered an automatic start.
Willis McGahee, RB, Ravens
He began the year with five TDs in three games, but since then the veteran has all but disappeared, totaling 32 yards from scrimmage, with one score, over his last four games. Given that Ray Rice is averaging 127.7 yards from scrimmage, McGahee is a fantasy sub—at best.

SPOTLIGHT
Texans' Twister
Last week's Texans-Bills matchup didn't draw the attention of, say, Packers-Vikings, but it ended up shaking the world of many fantasy owners. Running back Steve Slaton lost his footing as the main man in the Houston backfield when he fumbled in the first quarter and was pulled for Ryan Moats(below), who rushed for 126 yards and three TDs. Another Texan, Owen Daniels, the NFL's top fantasy tight end through seven weeks, suffered a season-ending knee injury. While his backup, Joel Dreessen, isn't worth a pickup, expect Matt Schaub to throw underneath more often to Kevin Walter, thus jump-starting the wideout's quiet season.
