Chase Richins
SHELLEY, IDAHO > Football
Chase, a senior quarterback--free safety at Shelley High, threw for two touchdowns, ran for another and had eight tackles to help the Russets defeat Fruitland, 25--14, in the state Class 3A final. The 3A player of the year, Chase became the third Richins brother to win a state title playing for their father Dwight, who has won five as a head coach.
Chelsea Wintzinger
HUNTSVILLE, ALA. > Volleyball
Chelsea, a senior setter at Huntsville High, had 28 assists, including the match-winner to her sister Lindsey, in a three-set win over Grissom for the state Class 6A title, the team's fourth in Chelsea's five years on varsity. She was tournament MVP for the third time, all-state for the fifth time and in 2009 set the national career assist record (7,655).

Dillon Baxter
SAN DIEGO > Football
Dillon, a senior quarterback at Mission Bay High, rushed for 384 yards and seven touchdowns to lead the Bucs to a 48--17 win over Valley Center in the San Diego Section Division IV title game. This season he set the section single-season rushing record (2,974), passed for 1,938 yards and accounted for 78 TDs.

Jessica Pixler
SAMMAMISH, WASH. > Cross-country
Pixler, a senior at Seattle Pacific, won the NCAA Division II championship (20.22.6) by 7.5 seconds, becoming the first woman to win the event three years in a row. She also won the Division II indoor mile from 2007 through '09, the outdoor 1,500 meters in 2007 and '09, and the indoor 5,000 meters in '09.
Tyler Jackson
LITTLE SILVER, N.J. > Hockey
Jackson, a sophomore at Stonehill, earned his third consecutive Northeast-10 goaltender of the week award after leading the team on a five-game winning streak. During that stretch he became the first goalie in program history to have back-to-back shutouts, and he helped the Skyhawks snap a 41-game losing streak to Massachusetts-Dartmouth.
Jenny Shin
TORRANCE, CALIF. > Golf
Jenny, a senior at Torrance High, won a second straight state individual championship to help the Tartars take their third team title in a row. The only golfer to finish below par, she shot a one-under 71 to defeat Carlsbad's Rachel Morris by one stroke. Jenny earned American Junior Golf Association All-America honors for the third time.
