Olivia Zaleski

CORRY, PA. > Swimming

Zaleski, a senior at Denison, led the Big Red to a second straight North Coast Athletic Conference title, earning her third swimmer of the year honor after winning the 50-meter freestyle, 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke, plus swimming a leg on each of four winning relay teams. In 2009 she was the NCAA Division III champ in the 100 back.

Hunter Azure

POPLAR, MONT. > Wrestling

Hunter, a senior at Poplar High, won his fourth straight state title with a first-period pin in the Class B/C 145-pound championship match. Previously he won titles in the 119-, 125- and 135-pound classes. This season he was 43--1 to finish his high school career 145--19; only six of those defeats came over the last three seasons.

Hannah Wilkerson

MILLER, MO. > Basketball

Hannah, a senior guard at Miller High, broke the state girls' career scoring record while getting 32 points in a 75--54 win over Marion C. Early. She also had 10 rebounds and five assists in that game. By week's end Hannah had scored 3,395 total points and was averaging 36.9 per game this season.

Trevor Dunbar

KODIAK, ALASKA > Cross-country

Dunbar, a freshman at Portland, won the 2010 USA Junior Cross-Country Championships (24:04), finishing the 8K race six seconds ahead of Walter Schafer of Cherry Creek (Colo.) High. The 2009 two-mile champ at the Nike Outdoor Nationals as well, Dunbar will compete for the U.S. at the world cross-country championships in Poland next month.

Alyssa McClure

BALTIMORE > Track and Field

Alyssa, a senior at Digital Harbor High, won three events—the 55 meters in 7.15 seconds, the 300 in 42.90 and the 500 in 1:20.80—to help the Rams take the girls' team title at the Baltimore City Championships, snapping Western's 18-year winning streak at the event. She was undefeated in the 55 and 300 going into the state meet.

Nick Johnson

WINDSOR, CONN. > Hockey

Johnson, a senior at Sacred Heart, scored two goals in a 5--3 victory over Holy Cross, raising his total to 25 and breaking the school's single-season record. Through Sunday he was the NCAA Division I leader in goals and was third in points (32). He was named January's D-I player of the month by the Hockey Commissioners Association.
