Colten Young
TRABUCO CANYON, CALIF. > Diving
Colten, a homeschooled sixth-grader, swept the one-meter, three-meter and platform events in the 11-and-under division at the USA Diving Junior National Championships. He won the three-meter title by more than 50 points. Colten also won the three-meter event at the USA Diving Spring Junior West Championships in April.
Amanda Steinhagen
OAK HILL, VA. > Golf
Steinhagen, a freshman at Longwood, won the Virginia women's amateur title, defeating Lauren Greenlief of UVA 2 and 1 in the final. Five days later Steinhagen won the state junior girls' championship by two strokes with a two-day total of 142. She is the first player in 30 years to hold the state's women's amateur and junior girls' titles at the same time.

Destin McCauley
APPLE VALLEY, MINN. > Wrestling
Destin, a senior at Apple Valley High, won nine matches in three days to take the 152-pound division at the junior freestyle nationals and earn most outstanding wrestler of the meet. In five years on the varsity he has helped the Eagles to five state Class 3A championships and won four individual titles. Destin has a career record of 237--7.

Raevyn Rogers
HOUSTON > Track and Field
Raevyn, a freshman at The Kinkaid School, won the youth girls' 200- (24.34), 400- (53.93) and 800-meter races (2:13.07) at the USA Track & Field Junior Olympics. In summer 2009 she won the 400 and set a national youth record in the 800 (2:06.90) at the USA Track & Field Youth Championships a month before setting the Junior Olympics record in the same event (2:08.17).
Jesse Norris
NAMPA, IDAHO > Powerlifting
Jesse, a senior at Columbia High, was the top teen middleweight lifter at the USA Powerlifting nationals after winning the 82.5 kilogram class in the 16-to-17-year-old division with his three-lift total in the bench press (167.5 kg), deadlift (285) and squat (320). He set a subjunior (14- to 18-year-olds) world record with his squat. Jesse is a two-time high school national champion.

Dakota Freeman and Dalton Richards
KLAMATH FALLS, ORE., AND HAWKINSVILLE, GA. > Rodeo
Dakota, a junior at Lost River High, and Dalton, a senior in A Beka Academy, earned All-Around Cowgirl and Cowboy at the National High School Finals Rodeo. Dakota's top finish was in pole bending (second); Dalton was tie-down champion.
