Oklahoma State receiver Justin Blackmon is drawing comparisons with former Texas Tech star Michael Crabtree, and for good reason. With 12 touchdowns (and 955 yards), the sophomore is on pace to break Crabtree's Big 12 record of 22 TDs set in 2007.... Florida's offensive implosion this season is mind-boggling. Jeff Demps & Co. have scored just four offensive TDs during their three-game losing streak, the program's longest since 1999. Besides missing Tim Tebow, a veteran offensive line has mysteriously regressed.... Minnesota was wise to part ways with flailing coach Tim Brewster (15--30 in four seasons) on Sunday. The school will get a head start on courting this year's coaching candidates; it's believed that Tony Dungy heads athletic director Joel Maturi's wish list.
