JAMES HARRISON
The Steelers' All-Pro linebacker has become the poster child—some would say scapegoat—in the NFL's crackdown on vicious hits, beginning with his Oct. 17 shot on Browns wideout Mohamed Massaquoi. Harrison was fined $75,000 for that helmet-to-helmet blow and has since been docked three more times for an additional $50,000. He's a symbol of a changing game, reviled and punished for the same behavior that made him wealthy and famous. And that change has come seemingly overnight.
