BODY ENGLISH England's Wayne Rooney redirected a Glen Johnson cross in the 14th minute of Sunday's Euro 2012 quarterfinal match against Italy in Kiev. Though defender Ignazio Abate was late to the ball, the shot sailed over the crossbar and the game remained scoreless until penalties, when, despite a Rooney goal, the Azzurri prevailed 4--2.
