THE MAIL
After the farce in Las Vegas, where Manny Pacquiao lost to Tim Bradley, I think it's obvious that boxing has hit an alltime low. It's time for Pacquiao to just bow out gracefully and retire. He's the first to win the lineal championship in four weight classes, and Floyd Mayweather Jr. will never agree to meet him in the ring. What else is there for him to prove?

Expect the Unexpected
I enjoyed Chris Mannix's article on the Pacquiao-Bradley fight (What We Lost in Vegas). I grew up in Cathedral City, Calif., the same town as Bradley, so I wanted him to win. I was stunned, however, that Bradley got the decision because I don't think he really deserved it. It just goes to show that you can't hold anything back in the ring and let the judges decide.

Calm After the Storm
The photo of Maria Sharapova in the locker room with her championship trophy, savoring her French Open win (LINEUP), was beautiful. It's as if she's thinking, "There are no words to describe this feeling."

Young Buc
Thank you for your story on centerfielder Andrew McCutchen (Being the Natural Isn't Enough). I'm a die-hard Pirates fan, but it's been hard to find bright spots on the team over the past 20 years. With McCutchen in the lineup I think the Buccos might finally be able to finish over .500.

Case in Point
That the Thunder's Russell Westbrook was once considered undersized and not good enough to play point guard (Leading Man) is an example of how hard work can eventually earn you a spot as the leader of a team.

Slight Error
While I appreciate Phil Taylor's commentary on Casey Martin (POINT AFTER), I have to point out an error in the pullquote, "Time has passed since his lawsuit against the PGA...." Martin did not sue the PGA of America; rather, he sued the PGA Tour. While many of those on the PGA Tour are also PGA members, there is a difference between the associations.

FEEDBACK
What do you think of the decision by Jeneba Tarmoh(below, far left) to pull out of the 100-meter runoff against Allyson Felix for the U.S. Olympic team?
Kimberly Kimabe Becoat: It sounds suspicious. If she really wants to live her Olympic dream, a runoff should not be a problem. Yeah, she thinks she won the last race, but so what? So does Felix. You have to fight for your spot. Otherwise, it looks like you are hiding something.
Todd Dengler: She should just run and earn her spot like everyone else. She is entitled to nothing. Very sad.
Comedian J Bliss (@ComedianJBliss): Shout out to Tarmoh for standing up for something she believes in. Don't give them the chance to rob you twice Tarmoh!!! Don't fall for the #OkeyDoke
Kelly Trione: Unless she's hurt, I think its a bad move. It's the Olympics—fight for it!!
Jill Kwiecien: If she truly believes she won, then she should be motivated to do it again. Choosing not to run proves nothing.
Elisa Abner-Taschwer: I figured once Felix qualified in the 200m she'd let Tarmoh go in the 100. This stinks for USA track!
