Big Hit

Intramural, promoted as "the epic sports movie for the guys who don't deserve one," premiered at the Tribeca/ESPN Sports Film Festival, and it successfully spoofs the genre. As coach Grant Rosenfalis (Nick Kocher) explains to his team of intramural football players, "You're a rag-tag group of varied archetypes. Currently zeroes. But eventually heroes." Cue the grievous injury, training montage, love story and Big Game, and you've got 100 minutes of sidesplitting sport-movie bliss.
