In spring training Dodgers Triple A catcher Miguel Olivo was asked what he'd be if he weren't a ballplayer. A boxer, he said, like Mike Tyson—"without the ear biting." But when a brawl broke out in the Albuquerque Isotopes' dugout during a May 20 game, Olivo took a chunk out of teammate Alex Guerrero's left ear. (Guerrero underwent plastic surgery and is expected to be out for five weeks.) "It was unforgivable," said Dodgers president Stan Kasten, who released Olivo two days later.
