Cat's Cradle LSU fans gave Mike the Tiger a ride on his backside after a breathtaking 10--7 victory over No. 3 Ole Miss in Baton Rouge last Saturday. After the Rebels eschewed a potentially game-tying 47-yard field goal, LSU safety Ronald Martin picked off a Bo Wallace pass at the one-yard line with two seconds left. The 16th-ranked Tigers are 7--2 and 3--2 in the SEC; Ole Miss fell to 7--1 (4--1).
