RACE TO L.A.
After 20 years without a pro football team, Los Angeles has two stadium plans in the works and three teams—the Chargers, Raiders and Rams—considering a move to the city. On April 28, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell weighed in, saying that only one of the two projects will go forward. A vote, which requires a "yes" from 24 of the 32 NFL owners, could take place as soon as the fall. Here's a breakdown of the proposals.
