
Triple Double Bubble
From 1990--91 through 2011--12, NBA players averaged 34.0 triple doubles per year, but in the next four seasons, that number jumped to 52.3. This season, led by Thunder guard Russell Westbrook with 20 and Rockets guard James Harden with 12, there have been 49 triple doubles through Jan. 15, putting the league on pace for a record 140.
