RAMBLIN' MAN
Chase Edmonds, a running back at Fordham, made FACES IN THE CROWD in November 2015 for setting a Patriot League single-game rushing mark of 347 yards. He's in the conference record books again, this time with a career mark. In the Rams' 42--20 loss to Holy Cross on Nov. 4, Edmonds set records for most all-time rushing yards (5,677) and most all-purpose yards (7,184). The 5'9" senior had been on pace to break Adrian Peterson's FCS rushing mark (6,559 at Georgia Southern), but an ankle sprain sidelined Edmonds for four games earlier this season. Still, he says of his career, "It's been a blessing, [one] that I never would have expected."
