Skinner, a sophomore at Utah, scored 39.625 points to earn her fifth all-around title of the season in a team win over UCLA. She tied for first in floor exercise (9.975), vault (9.95) and beam (9.925). Last year's NCAA floor champ, Skinner has been the Pac-12 gymnast of the week a record 11 times.
DYLAN JACOBS

Dylan, a senior at Carl Sandburg High, finished first at the Foot Locker Nationals in San Diego, covering the 5,000-meter course in 15:19.7. The victory came a month after the Notre Dame--bound Jacobs came in sixth at the state Class 3A meet (14:36) despite battling a viral infection.
MADELINE GALLAGHER

Gallagher, a senior sabre at Notre Dame, went 24--0 over two days at the DeCicco Duals in South Bend. A week later she was 9--0 at the Northwestern Duals, remaining undefeated in 36 matches this season and bringing her career record to 100--4.
GARRETT BARBER

• Stuart, Fla.
Garrett, a senior at the Pine School, won the Jones Cup at Ocean Forest Golf Club in Sea Island, Ga., beating Theo Humphrey, a Vanderbilt senior, in a one-hole playoff. The reigning Florida 1A champ, Garrett also won the Jones Cup Junior in 2016 and is the first player to claim both titles.
KELLY WILLIAMS

Williams, a 6'3" sophomore forward at Randolph-Macon, scored 31 points and had 20 rebounds in a 72--68 win over Emory & Henry. It was her seventh game with 30 or more points. An All-America last year, Williams is averaging 25.9 points and 18.3 rebounds, both best in Division III.
