FRANKLY SPEAKING

THE DIAMONDBACKS INVITED SI'S CHARLOTTE WILDER TO HELP CREATE THIS SEASON'S INSTA-WORTHY HOT DOG MONSTROSITIES

BACON

C'mon, of course there's bacon on this bad boy. In fact, there's bacon twice. Executive chef Stephen Tilder lays a few strips over the cheddar-cheese-coated hash browns, then sprinkles some chopped up pieces on top of the fried eggs.

FRIED EGG

You can't call something the All Day Breakfast Dog without putting an egg (or four) on it. You also probably wouldn't get as many Instagram posts, either, considering there's nothing sexier when it comes to foodporn than a runny yolk dripping seductively down a pile of hash browns.

18-INCH SCHREINER'S HOT DOG

Schreiner's is a family-owned business in Phoenix that's been making artisanal sausages and hot dogs for more than 60 years. They make all of the custom dogs for Chase Field because, believe it or not, you can't just waltz into a grocery store and buy franks the size of your arm.

SAUSAGE COUNTRY GRAVY

When you taste gravy is when you should make sure you know where the nearest defibrillator is. The dog is also topped with green onion—a vegetable!—as well as Tapatio hot sauce, which will wake you up before putting you right back to sleep.

DRINK UP

Home Brews

ASTROS

If you miss Houston's vibrant jerseys from the 1970s, grab a can of Karbach Brewing Co.'s Crawford Bock at Minute Maid Park, featuring a design inspired by the team's former unis.

YANKEES

This crisp, easy-to-drink pilsner from Blue Point Brewing, out on Long Island, comes decked out in a can that matches most everything else at Yankee Stadium: It's in those iconic pinstripes.

METS

Denmark-based brewery Mikkeller opened up a fully functional outpost at Citi Field in March 2018, and during games you can sip on their Henry Hops IPA in a special Mets-themed can.

PADRES

To celebrate the franchise's 50th anniversary, the Padres partnered with local craft brewer Ballast Point on a beer inspired by their mascot: Swingin' Friar Ale, a 100% Simcoe-hopped pale ale.
